The nopal, the leaves of a Mexican cactus, is an emblematic ingredient of Mexican cuisine. Our artisanal nopales are presented in brine, a mixture of water, onion and salt, to preserve all the authentic flavor that these cactus can bring to your dishes and salads.
These nopales can be eaten in tacos with a little pico de gallo and avocado, in salads and even in stews.
