These are delicious and crispy 100% Mexican corn tostadas, made with corn tortillas with the old nixtamalization process and fried with a little sunflower oil to give it the homemade touch that you will love.
We use non-GMO corn to make these delicious gluten-free patties, which can be used as an accompaniment to typical dishes, such as pozole or ceviche, or simply as a base for making guacamole or bean spreads!
